摘要
本文基于文献分析和专家咨询方法制定了极化码(polar code)技术的专利检索策略,从Thomson Innovation(TI)数据库中检索专利样本,采用Innography、TDA等分析工具对样本数据进行清洗、分析和可视化呈现。通过对极化码技术的总体分布现状、技术热点及发展趋势、技术竞争态势进行系统分析,发现极化码技术的专利公开量在近五年陡增,美国、日本、韩国和中国持有的专利数量最多,但中国专利的专利强度较低。最后为中国通信企业加强极化码标准必要专利布局,建立企企合作、企校合作,制定企业技术标准和专利战略提出建议。
This paper developed a patent search strategy for polar code technology based on the literature analysis and expert consultation method. It studied the sample data of polar code technology in Thomson Innovation database,after that,it cleaned,analyzed and visualized the data by using the methods of Innography and TDA. Through systematically analyzing the general development status quo,technology hotspots,development trends,and global competitive situation,it is found out that the amount of patent disclosure has increased sharply in the past five years,with the United States,Japan,South Korea and China holding the largest number of patents,but the patents strength of Chinese patents is low. Finally,this article put forward some suggestions for Chinese communication enterprises on strengthening the layout of standard essential patents of polar code,establishing cooperation between enterprises,enterprises and universities and developing technical standard and patents strategy.
