摘要
考察了茂名石化乙烯工业公司循环水系统水冷器结垢的原因,从分析结果表明,水稳药剂的阻垢分散性能对冷却器的结垢有一定的影响。通过提高水稳药剂的阻垢分散性能来降低水冷器的结垢速率。
The causes of cooler fouling are studied. It is found that the dispersion of water stabilizer exerts effect on fouling in some degree. The fouling rate decreases after improving dispersion efficiency of stabilizer.
