摘要
为了揭示种间作用对湿地植物在水深梯度上的分布和生长变化的影响,研究了杭州湾湿地围垦区不同水深条件下共存对芦苇(Phragmites australis)和香蒲(Typha domingensis)分布和生长特征的影响,测定了单生和共存芦苇、香蒲分布的水深范围和生长特征(叶片数、茎粗、株高和密度),发现单生和共存芦苇分布在浅水深和中等水深(0~50 cm深度)处;单生香蒲处于稍深位置(20~60 cm深度),而共存香蒲分布在中等和深水深(20~100cm深度)处。水深对芦苇和香蒲各生长指标有显著影响(n=33,p<0.05)。随水深加深,单生芦苇、香蒲叶片数、茎粗、株高和密度先增加后降低;共存芦苇、香蒲的株高也升高。物种共存对芦苇、香蒲的叶片数、株高,芦苇的茎粗有显著影响(n=33,p<0.05)。在相同的水深条件下,共存的芦苇和香蒲的叶片数、茎粗、密度与单生种群相比都减少,但株高都增加。水深和共存的交互作用对芦苇的叶片数、茎粗、株高有显著影响(n=33,p<0.05),但只对香蒲的叶片数有显著影响(n=33,p<0.05)。随水深加深,共存对两种植物的叶片数、芦苇的茎粗的抑制作用波动变化;共存对两种植物的株高起促进作用,同样波动变化。表明芦苇和香蒲的生长特征随水深和物种共存而变化,物种共存时芦苇分布趋于浅水区,香蒲趋于深水区;并且两种植物的生长较单生种群都受到一定程度的抑制;种间相互作用会影响芦苇和香蒲对水深的响应。
Interspecific interaction may modify the responses of aquatic plants to water depth. Distribution,morphology and growth of two emergent aquatic plants, Phragmites australis and Typha domingensis, either in monoculture stands or in coexistence stands, along water depths in the artificial wetlands in the Hangzhou Bay area were investigated. Water depths distribution and growth characteristics(leaf numbers, stem diameters,shoot heights, densities) were surveyed. It was found that Phragmites australis plants from monoculture stands grew at shallow and medium water depths(0-50 cm), while Typha domingensis grew at deeper water depths(20-60 cm). Coexistence Phragmites australis grew at shallow and medium water depths(0-50 cm), and coexistence Typha domingensis in medium and deep water depths(20-100 cm). Water depths imposed significant effects on the morphology and growth indexes of the Phragmites australis and Typha domingensis plants(n=33,p<0.05). With water depths growing deeper, leaf numbers, stem diameters, shoot heights and densities of Phragmites australis or Typha domingensis plants from either monoculture stands or from coexistence stands all increased. Species coexistence had significant effects on leaf numbers, plant shoots of both plants and stem diameters of Phragmites australis(n=33, p<0.05). Compared to the monoculture stands, leaf numbers, stem diameters and densities of the Phragmites australis or Typha domingensis plants from coexistence stands was lower at the corresponding water depths, but plant shoots heights increased. There were significant interaction effects between water depths and species coexistence on growth of both species. The interaction effects were negative for leaf numbers of both species, and stem diameters of Phragmites australis and positive for shoots heights of both species(n=33, p<0.05). With water depths growing deeper, the negative effects of species coexistence on leaf numbers of both plants and stem diameters of Phragmites australis, and the positive effects on shoots height
