摘要
强度包线边界状态点试飞验证是歼击飞机设计定型试飞必须进行的项目,由于飞机在此状态下很可能已接近甚至超过机动能力和使用载荷限制,因此具有风险高、难度大的特点。首先介绍了歼击机强度包线的组成及扩展试飞方法,以某型机为例,说明了强度包线边界状态点试飞中可能出现的问题;对比分析了同一试飞状态点在控制律更改先后不同试飞结果;最后对飞机强度包线边界状态点试飞及控制律更改/优化设计提出了建议。
The verification of aircraft strength envelope boundary state point test is a necessary project for the final design of the fighter plane. Since the aircraft is likely to be close to or even exceed the maneuverability and load limit at this time,it has the characteristics of high risk and difficulty. Firstly,the composition of the fighter’s strength envelope and the method of extended flight test were introduced. Taking a certain type of plane as an example,the possible problems in the test of strength envelope boundary state point were illustrated. The different responses of the aircraft before and after the change of the control law were compared and analyzed. Finally,the flight test of the plane strength envelope boundary state point and the control law chang/optimization design were proposed.
