摘要
为合理利用重庆城口锰矿,进行了该矿的工艺矿物学研究。研究表明,锰主要赋存于菱锰矿和含锰白云石中,脉石矿物中锰质量分数低。由于矿物多为浅海沉积形成,矿物结晶较差,呈细粒晶或非晶质状态,因此矿石在碎磨过程中易形成泥级,引起选矿分选困难。此外,交代作用导致富锰的碳酸盐矿物与脉石矿物等形成复杂连生,易引起矿物解离度降低;大量的炭质存在,对选矿分选也会造成一定的困难。
To utilize the Chengkou manganese deposit, this research is on process mineralogy. It is found the principal manganese minerals that compose the ore are rhodochrosite and Mn-rich dolomite. The gangue minerals contain low manganese concentrations. However, due mostly to shallow mineral deposit formation, the minerals are poorly crystallized, fine crystalline or in an amorphous state, making mineral separation difficult. In addition, chemical replacement leads to complex intergrowths of carbonate and gangue minerals and decreased ease of sorting the mineral ore. Finally, the presence of substantial carbonates also increases the difficulty of ore dressing.
