摘要
奠定长久的中美经贸合作关系的基石,需要中美两国寻找到一个与当前时段相对应的符合双方最大利益的均衡点。金融危机的影响和挑战为现有的中美经贸合作机制的调整和完善提供了契机。本文首先分析现有中美经贸合作机制的由来和特点,接着分析金融危机对现有经贸合作机制提出的挑战和改革要求,最后通过界定中国在与美国发展经贸合作中所处的位置,提出中国应采取的对策和发挥的作用。
The foundation laid for long-term Sino-US economic and trade cooperation requires that China and the US shall find the breakeven point in conformity with the best interests of both parties at the current stage.The impacts and challenges of financial crisis have provided the opportunities for adjusting and improving the existing Sino-US economic and trade cooperation mechanism.This thesis shall firstly analyze the origin and features of existing Sino-US economic and trade cooperation mechanism,and the challenges and reform requirements put forward by the crisis towards the economic and trade cooperation mechanism,and then define China's position in economic and trade cooperation with the US and bring forward the countermeasures to be adopted and China's role during the cooperation.
