摘要 针对轧件头尾上翘、板型差现象展开分析,确定车底式加热炉加热钢坯温度不均匀、头尾温差大是其根本原因。通过采取控制工艺、控制程序及操作模式优化等措施,保证了钢坯加热温度均匀性,使轧件头尾上翘及板型差的现象得到有效控制。 By analyzing the head and tail ski-up of rolling piece as well as poor flatness,it is determined that nonuniform slab reheating temperature in car bottom reheating furnace,big temperature difference between head and tail are its basic causes. After taking measures of optimizing control process,control program and operation mode,the slab reheating temperature uniformity are ensured,which effectively controls the phenomenon of head and tail ski-up and poor flatness of rolling piece.
