摘要
用SEM研究了碱性溶液中聚苯胺膜在AZ91镁合金表面的生长过程,并用红外光谱和极化曲线法初步研究了聚苯胺的结构和防腐特点。结果表明,聚苯胺膜首先在某一部位吸附,然后向四周延伸扩展生长,最后膜覆盖镁合金表面并形成类似晶界的交界面。交界线为显微裂缝。在碱性溶液中在镁合金表面制备的聚苯胺膜与在酸性溶液中制备的聚苯胺膜结构不同。聚苯胺膜能够改善AZ91镁合金的耐蚀性。
Even polyaniline (PAn) films that adhere strongly to AZ91 magnesium alloy substrate were prepared by pulse potentiostatic method in alkaline solution. The films were characterized through Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopic analysis. The surface morphology of films and the interface structure between the film and substrate were also analyzed. The results show that the polymer has a high stability in air. The particles of PAn were firstly absorbed in Mg alloy substrate, then spread in all directions over substrate surface as flakes and finally contacted each other and formed crevices. The film was smooth and influenced by experimental parameters. The corrosion resistance of AZ91 magnesium alloy was improved by deposited PAn films.
