摘要
目的 观察角膜异物剔除术后贝复舒 (碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 )治疗的临床效果。方法 69例 (69眼 )角膜异物剔除的患者 ,应用贝复舒加氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗作为治疗组 ,另 2 7例 (2 7眼 )应用角膜宁滴眼液加氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗作为对照组。结果 贝复舒治疗组与对照组疗效差异具有非常显著性意义。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of bFGF after extraction of corneal foreign body.Methods Sixty nine eyes received bFGF and ofloxacin eye drops after extraction of foreign body of cornea,as a treatment group.Twenty seven eyes received Jiao Mo Ning and ofloxacin eye drops,as a control group. Results There were significant difference of effects between bFGF group and control group.Conclusion There was singificant effects with bFGF eye drops after extraction of foreign body of cornea.
