摘要
简述了目前我国重介质旋流器耐磨衬里的现状,介绍了传统耐磨材料包括高铬铸铁、聚氨酯、刚玉和碳化硅等材质的优缺点,阐明了仿生材料、智能材料和表面处理材料等材料的现状,并指出其在重介质旋流器耐磨衬里中应用的可能性。
The paper narrated the present status of wear-resistant linings in the heavy medium cyclone, and introduced the advantages and disadvantages of traditional wear-resistant material such as high-chromium cast iron, polyurethane, corundum, silicon carbide and so on. It also expounded the present development status of biomimetic material, intelligent material and surface-treated material, and pointed out the possibility of their application to wear-resistant linings in the heavy medium cyclone.
