摘要
针对选煤厂粗煤泥脱泥效率不高的问题,设计搭建了1套滚筒筛分系统,对粗煤泥进行分级试验,分别对操作参数(滚筒筛转速和入料流量)和入料性质(浓度和粒度)进行了相关试验研究。结果表明,滚筒筛用于粗煤泥分级取得了良好的效果,分级效率达到80%以上;入料性质对滚筒筛使用效果有明显影响,实际使用中可根据入料性质改变滚筒筛结构参数来提高分级效率。
In view of low desliming efficiency of coarse coal slime in a coal washery, a trommel screen system was built to conduct the tests for classification of the coarse coal slime. In the tests, the operating parameters(rotary velocity and feeding flow of the trommel screen) and feedings characters(mass density and granularity) were separately tested and analyzed. The results showed: application effects of the trommel screen to classification of coarse coal slime were excellent with classification efficiency being above 80%; feedings characters had obvious impact on productivity of the trommel screen, the classification efficiency could be improved by varying the structural parameters of the trommel screen according to feedings characters in actual application.
