摘要
为了对悬臂式掘进机进行截割性能预测,应用动力学建模与仿真方法求出平均截割功率,在此基础上依据比能法预测其生产率,并应用预测模型对掘进机的瞬时切削率、最大掘进速度和截齿消耗进行预测。通过与实际数据进行对比以及误差分析,验证了该预测方法的可行性,可作为掘进机生产厂家和施工方进行性能预测的依据。
In order to predict the cutting performance of the boomed roadheader, the mean cutting power of the roadheader was determined by using dynamic modeling and simulation, and on the basis of that, the productivity was predicted by specific energy method. And then, the instantaneous cutting rate, the maximum heading velocity and the cutter consumption rate were also predicted. According to the comparison between field data and predicted data as well as error analysis, the prediction method proved feasible. The prediction method could be used for the basis to predict the performance of the roadheader for manufacturers and constructors.
