摘要
悬振锥面选矿机在细粒重选中有较高的富集比,研究了该选矿机在微细粒赤铁矿分选中的各个影响因素。结果表明,对于细度为-0.074 mm占95%的赤铁矿石,最佳的条件为盘面回转振动频率为319次/min,盘面转动周期为150 s/r,给矿浓度为15%,给矿量为0.45 L/s,冲洗水流速为0.25 t/h。在此条件下,最终获得铁精矿的品位为60.65%,回收率为25.5%。
The suspending and vibrating cone concentrator was a high effi cient equipment to recover the fine valuable minerals with high concentration ratio. In the paper, several factors affecting the concentration of micro-fi ne hematite by the suspending and vibrating cone concentrator were studied. The results showed: for the hematite whose fineness was 95% of 0.074 mm, the optimal conditions was the rotary vibration frequency of the disc of 319 r/min, the rotary period of the disc of 150 s/r, feedings density of 15%, feedings amount of 0.45 L/s, fl ushing fl ow of 0.25 t/h. At the above conditions, the iron concentrate with grade of 60.65% and recovery of 25.50% was obtained.
