摘要
介绍了矿山交流电动挖掘机的提升控制方式,分析了实际生产中常用的静态力矩-速度切换调速系统,从安全生产和可靠运行两方面论述了这种控制方式的不足,并在此基础上提出了一种基于PLC和数字调速装置的调速系统——智能自适应力矩-速度切换调速系统。该调速系统应用于中铁科工集团WK-10型电动挖掘机,减少了系统维护量,延长了机械寿命,提高了安全性能。
The paper introduced the hoisting control modes of mine-used AC electric excavator, and analyzed the speed control system with static torque-speed switching commonly used during actual production. After discussing the disadvantages of the control mode from safe production and reliable operation, the paper proposed a kind of speed control system with intelligent adaptive torque-speed switching based on PLC and digital control system. At present, the speed control system has been applied to WK-10 electric excavator made by China Railway Science & Industry Group Co., Ltd., thus the system maintenance reduced, the lifespan of the machinery prolonged and safety performance improved.
