Analysis on control modes of hydraulic transmission system in hydraulic excavator

摘要 液压挖掘机液压传动系统比较复杂,主要分为主泵控制系统、快速运动系统和协调动作控制系统三部分。通过对典型挖掘机的液压传动系统进行分析,总结出目前主泵控制系统常用的3种控制方式:流量控制、总功率控制和动力换挡控制,快速运动实现的方式和协调动作实现的3种典型形式:压力补偿、优先模式和流量阀控制。最后指出挖掘机液压传动系统中电控比例提高的发展趋势。 The hydraulic transmission system in the hydraulic excavator, is divided into three main parts, those are main pump control system, fast motion system and coordinating control system, is complex. After analyzing the typical hydraulic transmission system in the excavator, the paper summarized three typical control modes of main pump control system which were flow regulation, total power control and power shift control, the way to realize rapid motion as well as three typical modes to realize coordinating motion which were pressure compensation, priority mode and flow valve control. Finally, the paper pointed out the development tendency of the hydraulic transmission system in the hydraulic excavator was to enhance the proportion of electrical control.
