摘要
通过对立式预磨机内单个研磨介质的运动和受力分析,推导出了单个磨介速度表达式与磨机转速、拨料盘结构等参数相关。以提高磨介冲击速度为出发点,在设定参数的情况下,得到拨料盘叶片的最佳安装角度为38.9°。借助EDEM软件,通过仿真试验对立磨机内磨介的运动过程进行了数值模拟。对比分析得知,磨介冲击速度随着叶片安装角度的增加而增大,临界角为38.9°,与推导相符。为提高立磨机破碎能、优化工作参数提供了参考。
After analyzing the motion and the force state of single grinding medium in the vertical pregrinding mill, the paper deduced the expression of the velocity of single medium, which was related to the rotary velocity of the mill and the structure of the poking disc. To enhance the impact velocity of medium, in the case of setting some parameters, the optimal installation angle of the poking disc blade was determined as 38.9°. With the aid of EDEM, simulation test was conducted to simulate the motion process of grinding medium in the vertical mill. Comparative analysis results showed that the impact velocity of grinding medium enhanced with the increase in the installation angle of the blade with the critical angle being 38.9°, which was in line with theoretical deduction. The study offered references for enhancement of the crushing performance and optimization of operating parameters.
