摘要
以MSP430F149单片机为控制核心,应用GPS和GPRS技术设计了挖掘机燃油监控系统,并根据系统需要设计了高精度磁旋转式电流输出型燃油传感器。在监控终端对燃油传感器采样,计算油箱油量,并根据油量变化判断正常的油量消耗、加油或盗油等状态后,通过GPRS无线网络将油量和GPS等信息上传至监控网站的服务器,从而实现挖掘机燃油的远程监控。最后对实际系统进行了测试,并对测试产生的油量变化曲线进行了分析。
MSP430F149 MCU was taken as the control core, GPS and GPRS technology were applied to design a monitoring system for excavator fuel, and current-output magnetic rotary fuel sensor with high precision was designed according to system demand. After the monitoring terminal sampling the fuel sensor, calculating the oil amount in the tank, and judging the oil state to be normal consumption, refueling or being stolen according to variation of oil amount, information about oil amount and GPS was uploaded to the server of the monitoring website through GPRS wireless network, so as to realize the remote monitoring of excavator fuel. At last, the actual system was tested, and the variation curve of oil amount generated during the test was analyzed.
