摘要
基于虚拟样机技术,运用ADAMS软件,对采煤机行走机构进行动力学分析,得出整个行走过程各轮齿啮合力,为轮齿强度计算提供数值。最后运用ANSYS Workbench软件对其进行有限元分析,检查应力状态,为提高轮齿的承载能力和采煤机行走机构的设计提供依据。
Based on virtual prototype technology and with the aid of ADAMS software, the dynamic analysis of the walking unit of the shearer was conducted, and the meshing force between gears during walking process was calculated. The calculation results offered the value for calculation of gear tooth strength. At last, ANSYS Workbench was applied to carry out FEA so as to check the stress status. The study offered reference for improving the load-carrying capacity of the gear tooth and designing the walking unit of the shearer.
