将优化改造后的高压水射流装置应用于四川芙蓉白胶煤矿,进行预抽放瓦斯前的煤体切割,使预抽放钻孔之间形成一系列人造裂缝,然后再进行防突预抽,结果发现切割后的煤体,其瓦斯的预抽放率得到了极大提高,预抽放时间也大大缩短,效果很好,试验获得成功。
In order to cut some manmade cracks amongst holes of gas predrainage, an upgraded optimized high pressure waterjet set was applied to cut coal mass before a gas predrainage for gas outburst prevention in Baijiao coal mine. Then the gas predrainage for gas outburst prevention was taken, and the result shows that has a great rise in the rate of the coal mass's gas predrainage and the predrainage time was shortened much more after cut. The effect is very well and the test has met with success.
