摘要
通过对黄河禹门口～潼关河段 7处防洪工程建设中业主职能的分析 ,提出了防洪工程建设进度、投资。
This article analyzes the Owner's function for construction of flood control works in seven sites from Yumenkou to Tongguan on Yellow River, and then represents the countermeasures of schedule, investment and quality control.
