摘要
通过介绍巨灾债券的产生与发展、主要优点、运行机制和定价原理 ,对我国保险业引进巨灾债券进行了思考 。
In this paper, by introducing the generation, development, advantages, operation system and price-making principles of catastrophe bond, we discuss the necessity to introduce the catastrophe bond into the insurance industry of China and propose the counter measures we should take at present.
