摘要
建立了船舶推进轴系扭转振动计算模型 ,利用 Matrix VB直接进行解析法计算 ,并开发了相应的计算软件。软件测试结果表明 ,计算方法正确 ,方法稳定可靠 ,算法设计优化 ,所开发的应用软件具有界面友好、功能完善、计算速度快、系统资源消耗少、操作简便易行、通用性好等特点 ,能满足船舶轴系扭转振动计算的要求。对船舶轴系设计计算、校核计算、事故分析 ,提高船舶轴系设计的效率以及船舶运行的安全性有实际指导意义和广阔的应用前景。
This paper discussed the computational model of the ship propeller shafting torsional vibration calculation. And using the analytical method with the help of Matrix VB has developed the corresponding software. It has been demonstrated by the instance that the calculating procedure is accurate, steady and credible. The software interface is friendly and the function is perfect. Beside these, resource expenditure of computer is low and calculating speed is quick. The software is easy to learn and convenient to use. And more, it can be used in all classes of torsional vibration of shafting calculation. General speaking, it is a good tool for the design and calculation of ship shafting and accident analysis. There have a good guarding significance and a good wide applied prospect in improving the efficiency of the design and calculation of ship shafting and the security of ship running.
