摘要
采用铸态Al_(63)Cu_(25)Fe_(12)准晶材料进行球磨和高压惰性气体(N_2)雾化水冷快速凝固两种方式,制备了各种粒度的Al_(63)Cu_(25)Fe_(12)准晶粉末,经筛分后为-40~80目、-80~200目及-200目的粉末。对两种工艺下获得的粉末做了粒度组成分析和X射线衍射分析,发现雾化法制得的粉末中相的组成远比球磨粉末的简单,而且随着粉末粒度细化,雾化粉末中准晶相的相对含量增加,但增加的幅度降低,最后在变化曲线上趋于平缓。差示扫描量热法(DSC)分析结果表明,雾化粉末中不存在铸态材料中出现的先析出相λ相(Al_(13)Fe_4)。
Two kinds of Al63Cu25Fe12 powder were prepared by milling and water-cooled inert gas(N2) atomization,then sorted into 3 sizes: -40-80mesh,- 80-200mesh and - 200mesh by griddling. It's suggested that the phase constitute of atomized powder is much simpler than that of milling powder by X-ray diffraction analysis. Moreover, the amount of icosahedral phase increases with decreasing particle size before ultimately becoming constant. The results of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) reveal that the λ(Al13Fe4) isn't present in atomized powder as in as-cast milling powder.
