摘要
目的探究白内障青光眼联合手术的方法及临床疗效.方法使用小粱切除术、小切口非超声乳化白内障囊外摘出人工晶状体植入联合手术对66例(79眼))白内障合并青光眼患者进行治疗,然后对疗效进行观察.结果术后72眼(91.14%)眼压≤21 mmHg,7眼(8.86%)眼压为(21.74~26.05)mmHg,与术前相比眼压有明显改善(P<0.05);术后3个月,66眼(83.54%)在0.3以上,8眼(10.13%)为0.1~0.2,5眼(6.33%)在0.1以下,与术前相比,患者视力得到明显改善(P<0.05),全部患者没有出现严重并发症.结论小切口非超声乳化白内障囊外摘出人工晶状体植入联合小粱切除术在白内障青光眼的临床治疗中,对眼压能有效控制,使患者的视力得到较好恢复,有较明显的临床疗效,可在临床上推广应用.
Objective The purpose of this study was to explore the method and clinical efficacy of combined cataract and glaucoma surgery. Methods Sixty-six cataract patients with glaucoma(79 eyes) were given the combined operation of trabeculectomy,small incision non phacoemulsification extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation,and the therapeutic effect was observed. Res ults After operation, the intraocular pressure values were below 21 mmHg in 72 eyes(91.14%) and(21.74-26.05) mmHg in 7 eyes(8.86%). Compared with pre-operation, the intraocular pressure was improved obviously(P < 0.05).At 3 months after operation,the vision of patients was above 0.3 in 66 eyes(83.54%), 0.1-0.2 in 8 eyes(10.32%) and below 0.1 in 5 eyes(6.33%). Compared with pre-operation, the vision was improved significantly(P < 0.05). No serious complications were observed. Conclus ion Application of small incision non phacoemulsification cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation and trabeculectomy in the clinical treatment of glaucoma with cataract,can effectively control the intraocular pressure and make patients get better vision recovery. The combined surgery has obvious clinical efficacy which can be applied in clinical practice
