摘要
桥电二厂 1 # ～ 4# 1 2 5MW机组发电机冷却方式均采用双水内冷式 ,其冷却水采用除盐水作为补充水。由于除盐水 pH <6.8,对发电机的铜线棒有一定侵蚀性 ,会导致内冷水中铜含量长期超标。我们通过在 1 # 机内冷水中添加BTA +EA进行防腐处理 ,有效地减缓了铜线棒的腐蚀 ,使内冷水各项指标达到合格 。
The cooling manner of 125MW unit generator adopts double-water internal cooling water adopting desalted water as supplemental water. Because pH<6.8 of desalted water, having erosion to generator's copper wire bar,so copper content of internal cooling water is longterm excess-standard. Through in 1 # unit internal cooling water apends BTA+EA to anti-corrosive treatment, it lightens availably copper wire bar's corrosion, to internal water's index reach up to grade and ensure generator's safely running.\ Generator Internal cooling water Copper wire bar Anti-corrosion Treatment
