文章介绍了哈尔滨市科技企业孵化器发展现状,分析出哈尔滨市目前相关工作的主要问题,最后提出推进哈尔滨市创新型企业孵化体系建设的对策建议。
This paper introduces the current situation of the development of high-tech business incubators in Harbin,analyzes the major problems in related work and finally puts forward some suggestions for promoting the construction of the innovative enterprise incubation system in Harbin.
