摘要
针对实际生产和教学中,为减小操作人员在使用传统量具由于操作技术、手势动作的不同所造成的测量误差,设计了一款新型外径百分表,通过利用内径百分表的工作原理,利用比较法测量工件的外圆直径尺寸,通过相对测量技术完成轴类零件外圆尺寸的测量。适用于企业生产中批量零件的测量,同时对于学校的实训教学具有通用性。
