摘要
个人投资行为的研究是当前金融学研究的热点课题,个人投资的影响因素主要包括个体的收入水平、个体心理素质、完善的金融市场等要素,着重分析了我国当前个人投资行为方面存在的问题,即过度投向房产、股票等领域,在实业投入方面尚有欠缺,并针对这些问题提出了相应的对策。
