摘要
关于选人用人的标准从古至今不尽相同,但历朝历代的开明政治家和统治者均将"德才兼备、以德为先"作为选用优秀人才的根本导向。在历史上我们既可以看到在选人用人上德才兼备、以德为先创造的政治清明与赫赫伟业,也能够发现由于选人用人时德才失衡、有才无德造成的朝政腐败与民族灾难。从而得以让我们从历史的视角认识到选人用人"以德为先"的必要性。
Standards for selecting and employing personnel vary from ancient times to today, but the common fundamental orien-tation is "morality-ability integrity and morality first", which cre-ated prosperous society in history. History also viewed great dis-asters without the standard. Therefore, we should correctly recog-nize the necessity of "morality first".
