摘要
浙江省江山市地质灾害已造成严重的经济损失和人员伤亡。本文通过对江山市地质灾害类型、发育特征、成因机理及人类活动等四个方面的分析,得出江山市地质灾害点具有点多面广、但分布又相对集中等特点;并且其形成与地形地貌、地层岩性等地质环境条件关系密切,主要受人类工程活动和降雨因素的影响。在此基础上,采用综合危险性指数法,将江山市划分为高、中、低及不易发4类地质灾害易发分区。综合上述结论及江山市经济状况,对本市不同区域的不同灾害点提出了治理或搬迁等不同的防治对策。
Geological disasters have caused serious economic losses and casualties in the Jiangshan City. In this paper, we find that there are lots of geo-hazard sites, which concentrate within some specific areas in the Jiangshan City, based on analysis of their types, characteristics and mechanisms, as well as the effect of human activity on it. The formation of these sites are closed related to the topography, lithologies and some other geological conditions, and largely influenced by human engineering activities and rainfalls. Accordingly, the Jiangshan City is divided into four types of areas with high, medium, low, and very low risks of geological disasters, respectively, using the comprehensive risk index method. Combining the above conclusions and the economic development of the Jiangshan City, different preventing and controlling countermeasures(e.g., management or relocation) are proposed for different disaster sites in different regions.
