Research and Analysis on the Model of Urban Waterlogging in Linhai City

摘要 城市内涝灾害是目前最为普遍的城市灾害之一,特别是沿海城市经常因台风、暴雨等极端天气,造成城市内涝,带来巨大经济损失。本文以临海市区为例,模拟暴雨引发的城市内涝过程,建立基于GIS的城市内涝模型。模型主要包括四个过程:降雨过程、产流过程、地表汇流过程以及城市排水过程。利用该模型分析不同暴雨情景下的内涝风险:56 mm/h的降雨就会造成临海轻微内涝,200 mm/h的降雨将产生大面积高风险内涝。 Urban waterlogging disaster is becoming one of major hazards in big cities,especially around the coastal region of East China,there is an increasing number of reports indicating that cities were suffering from extreme weather like typhoon and rainstorm. This article will simulate the rainstorm hazard formation based on Linhai City area by four steps,classified as rainfall formation,runoff generation,flow concentration and drainage process. Using this model, the waterlogging risk in different rainstorm scenarios had been analyzed. It is found that 56 mm/h rainfall intensity will cause slight waterlogging,and large area of high risk waterlogging will occur under 200 mm/h rainfall intensity.
