摘要
混合仪表硬件开发实现功能包括主控MCU对车身数据采集及交互、步进电机驱动、电源管理、图形及图像显示控制、诊断信息输出等。GDC对图像、视频信号的控制。TFT液晶显示GDC输出的RGB数字信号。主要涉及稳定电源电路设计,信号收集处理降噪电路设计以及对步进电机,蜂鸣器等部件的控制电路的开发设计,仪表外壳的作用主要有:固定安装开发板和液晶显示屏等、部件抗振,防电磁干扰。通过电压干扰和电磁兼容及抗振试验验证开发板及仪表外壳满足设计要求。
Hybrid instruments to achieve hardware development capabilities include master MCU on the body and interact with data acquisition,stepper motor drivers,power management,graphics and image display control,diagnostics output. GDC control the image,the video signal. TFT LCD digital RGB output signal GDC. Mainly related to stable power supply circuit design,signal collection and processing noise circuit design as well as stepper motors,buzzers and other components of the control circuit development and design,the role of instrument enclosures are: fixed installation development board and LCD screen,etc.,member vibration,anti-electromagnetic interference. By voltage disturbances and electromagnetic compatibility and vibration test verification instrument housing development board and meet the design requirements.
