摘要
提出一种目标化合物合成法制备双核大环多胺金属配合物。该方法先以大环多胺配合物为基础,利用目标化合物法形成单臂大环多胺,将其与过渡金属离子结合生成金属配合物,并测定质子化大环化合物的晶体结构,在大环多胺配合物中再引入多个不同的杂环功能基团,得到一系列水溶性的配体,在此基础上合成了一个系列的以柔性的醚氧键桥连的大环多胺及其双核配合物,通过分光光谱滴定法模拟金属水解酶的活性中心,利用双核大环多胺金属配合物的催化磷酸二醋BNPP的水解反应,结果表明,双核大环多胺金属配合物能较好地催化BNPP的水解。
In this paper,a kind of target compounds synthesis of of dinuclear macrocyclic polyamine metal complexes is proposed. First of all,based on the macrocyclic polyamine ligand target compounds synthesis method is used to form a single arm macrocyclic polyamine,which combine with transition metal ions generated metal complexes,and the determination of the proton the crystal structure of macrocyclic compounds, in macrocyclic polyamine complexes and the introduction of a number of different heterocyclic functional groups,get a series of water soluble ligand,on the basis of the synthesis of a series of key bridge with flexible ether oxygen even macrocyclic polyamine and dinuclear complexes by spectral spectrum titration method to simulate the metal hydrolase activity center,of dinuclear macrocyclic polyamine metal complexes of residual of ionic bond and water give polyamine metal complexes 1 catalytic dihydrogen phosphate vinegar BNPP hydrolysis reaction,the results show that dinuclear macrocyclic polyamine metal complexes can better catalytic hydrolysis of BNI flat.
