摘要
由于举重运动的高危险性,以及当前对举重运动员保护措施的缺乏,本文提出了一种基于PLC的举重保护装置。举重保护装置采用拉力传感器检测杠铃的运动状态,使用PLC对拉力信号进行分析处理并通过变频器对电机发出控制信号,使杠铃适中处于可控的状态。该设计可以对举重运动员提供有效的保护措施,降低举重运动的危险性。
Due to the high risk of weightlifting and the lack of protective measures for weightlifters,a new weight lifting protection device based on PLC is proposed.The weight protection device uses a tension sensor to detect the motion state of the barbell,uses PLC to analyze and process the tension signal,and sends a control signal to the motor through the inverter,so that the barbell is moderately controlled.The design can provide effective protection measures for weightlifters and reduce the risk of weightlifting.
