首先介绍 SMS增值服务平台项目的背景和该项目涉及到的有关概念 ,接着设计一个由用户层、Web服务器层、数据库服务器层和应用程序服务器层构建的四层体系结构平台框架 ,最后给出该平台的技术实现方案和一些相关技术细节的描述。
This paper introduces the background of the short message system Value-Added platform and the concept related to the project in the first instance. Then gives the implementation scheme in technique.
