摘要
本文探索了高效液相色谱法检测人纤维蛋白含量的色谱条件,在固定波长下,配置不同比例的磷酸盐缓冲液流动相对检测结果进行比对,选出最适合的流动相配比;选定最佳组合条件并为开展进一步分析提供理论依据。
In this paper,the chromatographic conditions for the determination of human fibrin content by high performance liquid chromatography were explored.The relative detection results of different ratios of phosphate buffer flow were compared at a fixed wavelength to select the most suitable mobile phase ratio.The combination conditions provide a theoretical basis for further analysis.
