京津冀协同发展背景下实现教育精准扶贫的路径研究 被引量:1

摘要 京津冀协同发展是国家发展的一个重大战略,具有丰富内涵,其中一体化、均衡发展是关键,然而京津冀区域内,尤其是北京天津周边仍有众多的贫困县并且密集,要实现京津冀协同发展、雄安新区发展,实现精准教育扶贫是京津冀地区地区协同发展的重要手段,本文论述了推进教育精准扶贫的实施途径,在进一步分析教育扶贫存在问题基础上,提出教育经费的差异分配机制、加强贫困地区教师队伍建设、完善教育扶贫项目的监管制度等方式,促进贫困地区教育精准扶贫的成效。 The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is a significant strategy in the development of China,has rich connotation,including integration,balanced development.However,there are many counties especially around Beijing,Tianjin,to realize the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Xiongan New Area district development,realize the precise education poverty alleviation is the importantmeans of collaborative development.We discuss the promoting education accurate ways to implement poverty alleviation,on the basis of further analyzing on the problems existed in the education poverty alleviation,puts forward the differences of education funds allocation mechanism,strengthening the teachers'team construction,improve the education in poverty-stricken areas of poverty alleviation project supervision system and so on.
