摘要
高校大学生缺勤不仅影响高校的教学质量,而且不利于大学生个体的发展。本研究运用归因理论模型,以问卷的形式对杭城三所高校大学生进行调查,研究显示,大学生缺勤原因主要有外在稳定因素(学校课程设置、教师授课质量、学校考勤制度等)和内在稳定因素(学生个人的专业兴趣、生活态度)两个方面。由此,本研究从学校、教师及学生个体三个方面来寻求改善大学生缺勤现状的有效方法。
Absence of college students not only affects the quality of teaching in universities, but also not conducive to the development of college students. In this study, we use the attribution theory model to investigate the undergraduates in three cities of Hangzhou with the questionnaire. The research shows that the reasons for the absence of the undergraduates mainly include external stability factors(school curriculum, teacher's teaching quality, school attendance system, etc.) and stability factors(student's personal professional interest, attitude) two aspects. Therefore, this study seeks to find effective ways to improve the current situation of college students absent from three aspects: schools, teachers and students.
