摘要
大学生创业作为缓解就业压力,促进经济增长的重要途径,越来越受到学者们的关注。国内外学者在此领域做了深入研究,并取得了丰硕成果。本文在梳理国内外相关文献的基础上,重点从大学生创业意愿,创业胜任力,创业环境三个方面进行分析和总结,揭示当前的研究动态,分析现有研究成果存在的不足,并给出相应建议,以期对未来的相关研究有所启示。
As an important way to alleviate employment pressure and promote economic growth, college students' entrepreneurship has attracted more and more attention from scholars. Domestic and foreign scholars have done a thorough research in this field, and have achieved fruitful results. Based on related literature review at home and abroad on the basis, focusing on from the entrepreneurial intention of college students, entrepreneurial competence, entrepreneurial environment three aspects to carry on the analysis and summary, reveal the current dynamic research, analysis of the deficiencies of the existing research results in the presence of, and gives the corresponding suggestion, in order for the future related research somewhat enlightenment.
