摘要
芬兰作为一个小国,却因对社会经济环境的快速反应能力和处理技术发展的积极方法而举世闻名。文章通过文献研究梳理了芬兰应用科技大学的发展历程,从办学定位、办学层次、学生需求、教师队伍、发展需求和评估标准六方面分析总结出芬兰应用科技大学的成功经验,进而在专业设置、教师标准和校企合作三个方面启示我国应用技术大学办学方向。
Finland as a small country, because of the positive method is rapid reaction capability and processing technology development and socio-economic environment of the world-famous. Through literature study reviews the development process of the Finnish University of Applied Sciences,from orientation, educational level, the needs of students, teachers, development needs and assessment criteria six areas of analysis summed up the successful experience of the Finnish University of Applied Sciences,and then in the professional setting, teacher standards and school-enterprise cooperation revelation direction of running three University of applied Sciences in China.
