高中生日常学习中复原力的培养探究

摘要 对高中生复原力的培养,有助于缓解其日常学习中面临的压力,克服学习中遇到的挫折,减轻学习任务带来的疲惫和焦虑。学习环境,学习内容,师生关系,自我期许等是影响高中生复原力的主要因素。我们尝试通过引导学生形成良好的学习习惯,保持积极的学习态度,改善学生学习环境等方法来培养高中生复原力,激发其日常学习的持续动力。 On senior high school students' resilience training, help to alleviate some of the daily learning in the face of the pressure, to overcome the setbacks encountered in learning, reduce the learning task of bringing the tired and anxious. Learning environment, learning content, teacher-student relationship, self expectations are the main factors affecting the resilience of high school students. We tried by guiding students to form good learning habits, maintain a positive attitude towards learning, improve student learning environment etc. method to develop high school students' resilience, stimulate the lasting power of the daily learning.
