摘要
本研究以大学生运动员的教育、培养、管理以及职业发展与转型为切入点,在深入分析美国体育管理体制和竞赛训练竞赛机制的基础上,研究了美国大学生运动员的成长与培养过程、职业发展状况以及职业转型等问题。研究为我国大学高水平运动员培养机制的改革与完善提供可借鉴的依据。
The study starts from education,training management, career development and transition of college athletes, based on American Sports Management System and training competition mechanism, the paper analyses the growth and cultivation process of American college athletes, career development and career transition and other important issues. The research pro-vide referential basis for university high level athletes training mechanism reform and improve.
