摘要
本文以普通本科院校向应用技术型院校的转型为契机,分析了转型中进行教学改革的必要性与紧迫性,以房地产估价课程为研究对象,在分析该课程基本特点的基础上,提出了在应用技术型院校中进行课程教学方式与考核方式改革的具体措施,对相关院校与专业的转型发展具有一定的借鉴作用。
