摘要
目前,《优秀本科生国际交流项目选派办法》中规定,申请人的外语水平须达到一定标准方可参与选拔,非外语专业申请人若无相关国家留学经历,则可通过参加"全国外语水平考试"(WSK)、雅思考试或托福考试来证明自己的英语水平。本文拟就其中的雅思考试展开讨论,首先论证其作为公派本科生英语水平测量工具的合理性,然后以美国哈町大学部分中国留学生为研究对象,尝试论证参加国际交流项目进入国外高校本科学习的合理雅思分数线。
Currently, the 'outstanding undergraduate international exchange programs selected measures' provisions, foreign language proficiency of the applicant is required to achieve a certain standard before they participate in the selection of non-Western countries to study in the absence of professional experience of the applicant, it may be by participating in the 'National Foreign Language Proficiency Test '(WSK), IELTS or TOEFL test to demonstrate their English proficiency. This paper on one of the IELTS discussions demonstrate the reasonableness of its first as a public school English undergraduate level measurement tools, then part of the University of Chinese students in the United States Harding for the study, tries to demonstrate to participate in international exchange programs into the undergraduate study of foreign universities reasonable IELTS score.
