摘要
军校学员毕业走上第一任职岗位,面对新环境、新工作、新任务,如何尽快适应岗位需求,转变角色,取得成绩,对个人进步乃至长远发展具有一定的影响。本文从打牢思想基础,摆好个人心态,把握工作原则,掌握具体方法,强化首位意识,提高任职能力等方面进行阐述,对军校学员第一任职具有一定的借鉴意义。
Graduating cadets took the first job position, facing a new environment, new job, new tasks, and how to adapt to the job requirements, changing roles, achievements, has a certain effect on the personal progress as well as the long-term development.
