摘要
近年来,随着社会发展对人才认知程度与定义的转变,我国传统的应试教育、填鸭式教学模式已不适用于当下的教育行业发展背景,因此新教育改革运动在我国教育行业得以普及推广。其中,根据我国各区域、各教学阶段的实践应用情况证明,在教学课堂的构建过程中,翻转课堂理念与其所包含的微课教学模式的教学应用价值较高,实现了对学生各项能力的全面协调发展。因此,笔者选以高职学前教育专业基于翻转课堂理念的微课设计与应用为本文切入点,加以深入研究。
In recent years,with the change of the recognition and definition of talents in social development,the traditional exam-oriented education and cramming teaching mode in our country are no longer suitable for the current development background of the education industry,so the new education reform movement has been popularized in the education industry in our country.Among them,according to the practice and application of various regions and teaching stages in our country,it is proved that in the construction of teaching classroom,the teaching value of flipping classroom concept and the micro-class teaching mode contained in it is higher,and the comprehensive and coordinated development of students’abilities is realized.Therefore,the author chooses the micro-course design and application based on the concept of flipped classroom as the breakthrough point of this paper,and makes a thorough study.
