摘要
随着教师教育的发展和改革,高师院校正在从普通意义上的师范教育向教师教育转型,本文针对目前教师教育工作管理低效、教师教育改革研究滞后、师范生教育实践工作薄弱、与基础教育之间缺乏深度融合等问题,以制度创新为切入点,整合教师教育优质共享资源,改造学科专业结构,提高学校的办学水平和教师教育质量,为教师教育机制改革提供实现路径和决策参考。
With the development and reform of teacher education,higher teacher college are transforming from normal education to teacher education.While many problems such as inefficient management,delayed theoretical research on teacher education reform,weakness of normal college students education practice,communication gap of higher education and basic education et al are still existed.This study proposes that system innovation as breakthrough point,such as quality resources sharing and rearrangement of major structure,to promote college level and teacher education quality.The objective is to provide the path and decision-making reference for the reform of teacher education system.
