摘要 职业教育肩负着培养技术技能人才的重要职责,借鉴西方现代学徒制模式,探索适合五年制高职园林技术专业自身发展的"三段递进、双元融通"人才培养模式,有利于传授技术技能和提高人才培养质量,促进就业与创业。 Vocational education is shouldering the important responsibility to cultivate the technical skills of personnel, from the western modern apprenticeship mode, training mode of exploration for five years vocational garden technology major development "three stages progressive, dual integration"of talent training, to impart technical skills and improve the quality of personnel training, to promote employment and entrepreneurship.
