摘要
高校共青团档案是高校档案的重要组成部分,在推动校园文化建设方面发挥着重要的作用。文章论述了高校共青团档案在校园文化建设中的作用,并从增强共青团档案管理的认识、规范档案建设的工作制度、打造共青团档案文化精品、完善共青团档案的功能等方面提出了加强共青团档案管理工作、推动校园文化建设的措施和建议。
Archives of the communist youth league in colleges are an important component of the college archives, playing a significant role in the promotion of campus culture construction. The paper discusses the functions of archives of the communist youth league in colleges in campus culture construction. And it puts forwards measures and suggestions on how to enhance the management of archives of the communist youth league and promote the campus culture construction in terms of strengthening the understanding of the management of archives of the communist youth league, standardizing the working system of archives construction, building the cultural brands of archives of the communist youth league, and perfecting the functions of archives of the communist youth league.
