摘要
做好民族院校大学生日常管理工作是全面提升人才培养质量和民族团结教育的基本要求,关键在于把握好学生成长规律,因地制宜,对症下药。本文从实践角度重点介绍了以"12345"为主线学生日常管理工作主要措施,在实践过程中发现主要问题,根据实际情况制定具体措施,探索增强工作效果的路径。
The daily management of students in Universities for nationalities is the basic requirement for improving the quality of personnel training and the education of national unity.The key is to grasp the law of students' growth,adjust measures to local conditions and prescribe the right remedy.This paper from the perspective of practice focuses on the '12345' as the main measure of the daily management of main students,found that the main problems in the process of practice,formulate specific measures according to the actual situation,explore the path to enhance working effect.
